Fahrländer Partner AG (FPRE) is a private, independent consulting and research company headquartered in Zurich with offices in Bern and Frankfurt am Main. Based on comprehensive market data, FPRE supports over 800 clients in real estate economic issues and offers a wide range of valuation services. FPRE also acts as an auditor for the Swiss Sustainable Real Estate Index (SSREI), is a system operator and user of REMMS (Association for Real Estate Meta-Rating and Monitoring on Sustainability) and conducts the PACTA Climate Test 2024 for the FOEN.

keevalue ag was founded in 2014 by architects and is now an interdisciplinary team of business scientists, software developers and machine learning specialists. With its products and services, keevalue offers unique solutions for estimating construction costs, operating costs and maintenance costs as well as determining deadlines for new buildings and renovations.
In November 2024, Amenti AG successfully completed a three-year research project entitled “Fast Efficient Assessment of BIPV in the Building Feasibility Stage” (Innolink: 101.214 IP-EE). Amenti AG and Viridén + Partner AG acted as implementation partners, SUPSI as research partner. The project was financed by the Swiss Innovation Agency, Innosuisse.

SUPSI (University of Applied Sciences and Arts of Southern Switzerland) is one of the nine universities recognized by the Swiss Confederation. The research project with Amenti was led by Prof. Dr. Francesco Frontini. He is Director of the Institute for Applied Sustainability in the Built Environment (ISAAC) within the SUPSI Department of Environment, Construction and Design.
Viridén + Partner is an architectural office in Zurich for renovations and conversions based on ecological principles. The office offers comprehensive planning and consulting services in the field of energy-efficient construction. As part of the European funding program Horizon 2020, Viridén + Partner supports projects for the promotion of photovoltaic systems.

Innosuisse is the Swiss agency for innovation promotion. It supports SMEs, start-ups, research institutions and other Swiss organizations in their research and development activities and facilitates collaboration and knowledge transfer in order to develop promising new products or services.
