In addition to self-created feasibility studies, Amenti offers a comprehensive assessment of the legal, architectural, technical, and economic aspects of any plot in Switzerland, conducted by our in-house professional architects. This evaluation helps you determine the viability, sustainability, and success potential of your project. You will receive two to three versions of the study based on your inputs, targets and the plots capabilities. Once the study is complete you will receive a personal video call where we will walk you through the options and fine tune your project together if necessary. After the call you will also receive login credentials for the projects in the Amenti application, allowing for any necessary further editing. The base hours included in the feasibility study can be extended with additional consultations tailored to your specific project.
